Shipping policy

All your orders are shipped from The Netherlands with love. We only shop to the EU and UK. You are likely to receive your domestic order the next working day after we shipped it. For orders outside The Netherlands, you can expect your order to be delivered between 2-6 days (depending on your country) after we shipped it. We take 1-2 days to ship your order. So be ready to say ‘ciao Bella‘ to your order very soon. 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders (in the Netherlands) above € 100. For all the other countries in the European Union and for the United Kingdom, we offer free shipping on orders above € 150. Please be aware of import costs when you are ordering from the UK. 

Return policy

It wasn’t love at first sight? When your package has arrived, you have 14 days to request a return. Register your return by sending us an e-mail stating your name and order number in the title. In the e-mail please let us know why you want to return your order. We will respond with a shipping label that you can use to send it back to us. Print your return label and stick it on the box you received your order in or provide your own safe box. Please note: this label is not a pre-paid label so you have to pay for the return yourself. We will take off the shipping coats (depending on the country you are returning from) from your refund.

Tre Gioie has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
